Weird contracting feeling in vagina.

I will be 5 weeks tomorrow. Today I've noticed a few times it feels like my vagina is like contracting on its own. Almost like my body is doing kegals lol Has anyone ever experience this before? I am extra on edge this pregnancy as I had a miscarriage in September. Any comments would be appreciated thanks so much :-)
