Icsi?

We had our first assisted conception meeting on Thursday  and found out that hubbies speem is seriously low. So there is no way of us conceiving naturally. So we will be getting icsi  I have been giving tablets to help me lose weight. So that I am suitable to get the treatment. On the NHS.  I'm just wondering if anyone had gone through icsi and how they found it what was your experience like and did it work ??
