Can someone please recommend a Calcium Supplement??

Question

I am currently taking a prenatal vitamin that does not contain calcium, probably due to its very small size.

Can anyone here recommend me a calcium supplement that is small in size because I have trouble swallowing big pills. And can I take it at the same time as my prenatal or do I have to space it out?

Why not drink a glass of milk each day with it?

I take little critters calcium + vitamin d gummy.
If your prenatals contain iron, you should space them. If not, you're fine.
