TTC after mmc

I had a mmc and a d&c done on October 18th. I have had one af. My hubby and I decided we would TTC after two cycles so after my next af we are going to try again. Has anyone conceived on their second cycle after a miscarriage and had a successful pregnancy? I'm so scared but so badly want to be pregnant again😔
