sippy cup

My goodness, I had no idea my baby is almost ready for a sippy cup! She is exclusively BF and hasn't taken the bottle since about 2ms old (she's almost 6ms).. Are you mommies giving your babies juice or water or what do you put into the sippy cup? How did you introduce it to you LO?
