So at 35 weeks, I was 1cm dilated.

At 36 weeks, I was 1.5cm dilated & 50% effaced.

At 37 weeks, I was 3cm dilated & 65% effaced.

Now at 38 weeks, I'm 4.5cm dilated & 70% effaced.

My water sack is bulging. Baby's head isn't engaged yet although it is down there. He's dropped.

My family and I are hoping that I don't go much longer. My doctor thinks I won't make it to our next weekly appointment. She said that if I was 5cm dilated I'd have to be at the L&D unit so she said I was 4.5cm so I'm not sure whether or not I am more dilated than that.
