Smoke weed during pregnancy?

What's your experience? No bashing just personal experiences and effects on pregnancy

I live in CO where it's legal, and I use regularly to help with my RA. I smoked daily up until about 28 weeks, with my Dr's knowledge and "go ahead". I stopped only because there is still a chance that CPS could get involved if you test positive for MJ when your baby is born. 
At his growth scan, my baby was looking great and measuring in the 95th percentile. I've had no complications whatsoever, not even bad morning sickness, and all of the tests that women are so often concerned about have been negative (no anemia, no GD, no Strep B). I'm now 38 weeks and baby boy is in position with a very strong heartbeat. 
I had a tox screen done at my last appointment so that the doc can see that it's not in my system when little one makes his appearance.

I smoked during my second trimester with my son. He's 5 now and we get compliments regularly on how smart he is and how intelligent his conversations are. Some might say it's bad, some might say it has no effect, I might be the only who thinks that the extra brain connections might have something to do with how smart he is. Not smoking with this baby though because it's a different state and it's illegal here so they test at birth.

I'm an RN and I get peer reviewed articles from journals and apparently the latest research says it's harmless - especially edibles because the smoke being inhaled into the lungs is the worst part.

The only thing wrong with it is the chance of CPS trying to take your kid away. I smoked until I was 11 weeks but I stopped so that it would be completely out of my system by the time baby comes. I personally like weed because it helps with my anxiety, so hopefully my stress levels don't go crazy while I'm pregnant! Even though I personally love it, I still want to keep my kid away from it until it's completely legal and there's less stigma around it.

I smoked a few times in my first trimester. I didn't know I was pregnant until 9 weeks and when I found out, I stopped. My baby is doing well but I wouldn't take that as an okay to do it.

i smoked with my son hes perfectly fine he came 7 pounds o ounces smart for his age and well advance than kids his age and thats coming from a doctors word of mouth

If you live in Texas don't smoke it while pregnant. They will test you and the baby after birth and if you pop they will call CPS and the nurses and doctor will treat you different. Got this info from a nurse here in Houston.

I smoked a few times in the first trimester to help with morning sickness. Doctor said it's fine to use in moderation as any other medication I would have taken would cause more harm than a little marijuana. I stopped when I didn't get nauseous anymore. I don't think it's okay to use recreationally, but to use it medically (prescribed, or at least given the thumbs up by your Dr. is okay)
