so remedies to help dilate?

I have 4 weeks 3 days left .. before you freak .. im not doin anything yet. But when its time what can i do to help dilate? My check up monday i am closed but hes very low an head down!

Any stories of how u went into labor?

Haven't gone into labor yet but I worked on my feet up until last week plus some extra waking on days off. I think that helped start dilation for me. I was 1cm 50% at 36 weeks and now I'm 2cm 50% at 37&2. Also lost my mucus plug and had bloody show. Hoping labor starts soon. I've still been trying to walk even though I'm done working
