anyone else suffer with SPD & sciatica??

4wks & 4days and my SPD & sciatica are already playing up big time
The pain is sooo bad .. This was the only thing that got me down in previous pregnancies as I had to have my hips strapped in as they fell out and on crutches 😩 also I'm a lifeguard so it's going to affect my job big time! Urgh any other ladies suffer with this?

What does SPD feel like? I was actually just wondering this because I've been in a lot of pain and discomfort and couldn't figure out what it could be. My sciatica has been killing on top of it as well.

Omg if you're only 4 weeks, I hate to say it's gonna be way worse. Mine started at 20 weeks and by the end my spd was awful. I'm sorry , take it easy this whole pregnancy

Yes! Doctor told me use a heating pad and take tylenol, (she also said sleep with a pillow or something between my legs but that only made it worse for me)

YES right here! It hurts no matter how I lay, sit or stand. My legs go numb from the baby laying on either side. I also have scoliosis and my hips are uneven. I ended up buying a underbelly and back support band to give it a little lift and it helps only for so long though.
