sickness after Trigger shot?

Has anyone experienced nausea after having their trigger injection (pregnyl 10,000)?

I took mine last night (19hours ago) with my egg collection sheduled for 16-17 hours time. I have felt sick all day, Should be concerned?

At least it isnt just me!!

I had my egg collection today.  We got 8 eggs, 1 was sadly 2 stages immature to enable them to try and fertilise and another one of them has something called vacuoles so they are not sure yet if that one will fertilise but she said I have 6 good eggs!! Expecting a call in the morning to tell us if they survived fertilisation. They then have to survive until Monday when they will put the embryo back in.

To be honest I'd happily be sick as a dog everyday if it meant treatment was successful. ☺️

Yes girl it was bananas!! I was sooo sick! I didn't feel better until they extracted the eggs. I kept begging for pain relief.

I threw up all day long after my trigger shot. The on-call nurse said it happens sometimes but doesn't affect the outcome of the retrieval.  She recommended ginger pills and lots of fluids, but I was so nauseous that I couldn't keep those down either. Hang in there and good luck with everything!
