Will birthing get easier?

STM and 27 wks along. I pushed for 5 hours with my first. I know everyone is different but is there a chance this labor and delivery will be easier?

I'm hoping this one goes easier than my first too! We've done it once, we can do it again!

My OB says in her experience 2nd Vaginal births often "fall out" compared to a woman's first - obviously not always true and there are exceptions so yes there's hope ;)
