Making me sad

It really is just breaking my heart now days cause my dog never looks happy anymore now that I'm pregnant :( he seems un happy no matter what I do. Also seems jealous of my boyfriend every time he loves on me. I always give him love - not 24/7 cause clearly I have a life and other things to get done. And I'm 35 weeks pregnant and it's hard to walk him like I used to :(
