Is he controlling?

My boyfriend always gets mad when I don't "cover my butt". I never wear booty shorts or anything shorter than almost knee length bottoms. I almost always wear pants and a tee. He gets mad and tries to pull my shirt down to cove my butt and tells me I'm asking for guys to flirt with me because of it. Today he asked me over the phone If i was covering my butt, I told him I was wearing pants and it's no big deal. I also said he had to "deal with it" because there is nothing wrong with jeans. He told me I am disrespectful and need to learn how to talk to him and he hung up.
