6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, worried

I'm 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant that's if I've got my dates right

I went into a&e due to pains in stomach they said hcg levels was 198, so they monitored my bloods and they was more than doubling every 48 hours. When my hcg got to over 1,000 I went in for an early ultrasound to rule out ectopic.

The doctor couldn't see anything so she did a transvaginal and seen a gestational sac, she hardly gave me any information all that was said was the sac was measuring 7mm and 5weeks and 4 days and to come back in 10 days.

But I've been worrying sick because I'm starting to lose some pregnancy symptoms, when I've searched online women see a yolk sac and small fetal pole at this stage :(
