Baby A or Baby B?

Question

I know that Baby A is closer to the cervix and the other is Baby B, but with a cesarean who comes out first Baby A or B? I've heard that A is first both ways but it makes more sense that if B is closer to pull B out first.

Following, as I would prefer baby b to be born first.  Call me crazy but I want my son to be my daughter's "big" brother.  I really think it's psychological and if he's born first that instinct will kick in.

Baby A comes out first! They cut right above your pelvic bone, So they have to pull the baby closest to the cervix before they can reach the baby higher up. But baby A and B can change. Baby A at 10 weeks could be Baby B at delivery, it just depends on who is closest to the cervix at the time. My baby A has always been the same baby.. we are expecting twin girls but one has an anterior placenta and the other posterior, so luckily we can tell the difference based off of that.

My doctor told us they will always take Twin A out first unless there is a complication that requires Twin B to be taken out first. That is just her motto but that's how our delivery will go as long as Twin B has no issues.
