You should go back. There's no sac which isn't a good sign unless this was bad timin when you took a pic

My ultra sound at 5 weeks saw a sac and yolk sac. Was this taken transvaginal?

This way mine at 7 weeks and 4 days and still so tiny!

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and there was nothing visible. Went back at 6 weeks and saw baby and heartbeat. You are fine!
