Okay girls I know that this has nothing to do with <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> but I need some tips or advise. I'm turning 18 dec 21 and my mom said I was able to get a tattoo. Now I have always wanted a tattoo but I'm a complete chicken. I was wondering if there were any places that would still be cute to have a tattoo and wouldn't hurt as bad. I have two ideas for what to get.
