am I bridezilla or does she not wanna be in my wedding

Me and my so have been engaged for 8 months and I asked the girls to be my bridesmaids the week after so we all went to pick out a cheep dress that can be re wore the agreed on a dress that is $180 and it has been 6 moths since then they were supposed to order the dress before dec1 for it to be here by feb all but one girl has ordered the dress , she has no bills makes about 200 a week and lives with her parents i txt every couple days  to see if it has been ordered I keep getting told the she doesn't have the money but yet she gets her hair and nails done every week and goes partying , should I tell her to just not even order it
