Wish I would've done something cute but I just freaked out, called him at work and screamed, "Baby, I'm pregnant!!!" Then I sent him the pic of the test. Lol. I didn't even give myself time to think of a cute announcement but he was ecstatic regardless. :)

When I found out I was feeling sick for about a week. He knew I was feeling sick but didn't want to get his hopes up because we had a Molar Pregnancy before. I secretly brought a test while he was working. He told me I needed to wait two weeks to test (I became a peeing on a stick  lol) but I just couldn't wait after a week went by. So I took it and the second line showed up instantly. I couldn't tell him right away because he was working so I told one of my close friends first. Then I went to pick him up for work. I didn't tell him right away though. I told him to drive to the NEX off base because I had to get something. (NEX is like a Walmart but called differently because it's the military haha) he was complaining that whole time wondering why I needed to go to the NEX. I wouldn't tell him why. We walked in, and I dragged him straight to the baby section. He asked why we were there, and I said "well while you are on deployment I'll probably be shopping in this section a lot" I didn't get much of a reaction from him but a small smile, and a "maybe" the molar pregnancy took a lot out of him, and he didn't think this pregnancy would last either. But the weeks went by, and we got closer to his deployment I could tell he was getting more excited. We bought some bids one day because I made him do it. He refused to go in any baby sections. His mom was visiting that week so I was hidding the bibs in the closet till the visit ended. But the first night I was cooking dinner, and he came up behind me after talking to his mom and asked me where the bibs were. I looked at him and the look on his face was full of joy. I asked him if he was sure, and he started walking to the bedroom to start looking for the bibs. When I gave it to him he smiled extremely big and walked out to give it to his mom. When she asked him if he was serious he told her he was dead serious with the biggest goofy smile ever on his face. That's when I knew he was just as excited as I was :D

We broke up the day before I found out, he came over to talk about us being together or not about an hour after I peed on the stick. I didn't want to tell him right away because I didn't want him to feel like he HAD to be with me because I was pregnant. Wanted to see if he'd decide to be with me without that presssure. Welp, He decided he didn't want to make it work. I started bawling (hormones) and he was like "whoa... stop crying so much. It's not that big of deal" so I took the stick out on my pocket and threw it at his face and said "yehh, it kind of is."
