Nexplanon while sleeping

The implant usually goes in your left arm but I got mine in my right, because I have titanium running through my left arm. It is very uncomfortable (I got it at 9:00am eastern standard time). It is 8:00pm and now I'm wondering what will I do about sleep? Can I sleep on my right side or not? God I hope I can without fucking it up! Doc never said anything and never found any research done on this topic.
