Alcohol and Breastfeeding
My workplace holiday party was last night. I had quite a few drinks and had to pump and dump twice because I filled up. I started breastfeeding my daughter 12 hours after my last drink. Is that ok? Do you think there could still be alcohol in my system?? I don't have those strips to test my milk.
