bleeding after flight

Here I am, living a nightmare, I am in another country for a work conference and right after the flight (or maybe during) I started bleeding brown mixed to dark red (like a brick colour). It was an almost 3 hrs flight and my dr said it was fine to fly at 9 weeks. But then why did I start bleeding?? I have no cramps or any physical pain, but of course I'm so worried as I dont know what to do. I don't know the language, the city, and my colleagues don't know I'm pregnant. I'm going back home tomorrow very late and will for sure hit the ER, for now I'm just desperate. Did any of u bleed after a flight???
