Cramps a week early?

I've been having cramps and also those real deep butt cramps all week and I have a whole week until my placebo pills is it normal? I did have unprotected sex only 2 weeks from starting the pill.

You're protected after 7 days of successfully taking your pill. Is this your first pack? Your body may be trying to adjust bc the pill "overrides" your system basically.
