pregnant 6 months post partum

Just took a pregnancy test today and it was a bfp, period has never really been regular but the first day of my last period was November 3.   I just had a little girl in June. So scared to have two under two, scared that my family will think I'm irresponsible. Ugh I know I should be so happy but I'm just so scared 🙁
