I'm pregnant for the first time. I haven't really been vomiting or anything much, but i have really sore boobs and am tired all of the time. It seems like my symptoms come and go throughout the week. Is this normal? Is there anything I should worry about?

This sounds like me!! Makes me feel better to know others are experiencing the same! I also have very mild cramps but I'm thinking it might be gas pain. (I normally never have gas pains like other people do so I'm not sure exactly what gas pain feels like so I'm hoping that's just what it is and I'm just not used to it lol)

I asked my OB the same question. I'm beyond tired,embarrassingly gassy, sore and tender breasts but no vomiting. He said it's fine.

Is this normal?
