So my period was 4 days late and out of no where I starting spotting then it turned into bleeding heavy I'm having headache back pain and cramps ....... I didn't think I can get pregnant being that a had a misscarge last year Nov.

Wait... why would the fact that you GOT PREGNANT & had a miscarriage last year mean that you couldn't get pregnant now?! I would think that would show you that you CAN get pregnant... unless there's something that wasn't mentioned in your post..?

But, I agree that your period is simply 4 days late (most likely). I don't think the 2 things are related in any way, if I read it correctly (being November 2015).

Either way, I would make an appointment to see your OB/GYN. You could ask about your concerns & also about birth control, if you're not wanting to get pregnant.

It's probably just late because you had a miscarriage a month ago. If your period is not usually like that I'm guessing your body is reacting just a titch differently than normal due to the miscarriage
