Missed twin?

The day before at Dr there was no baby to be seen two day later this one for sure found with a heart beat at 5 wks exactly. There is a spec makes me wonder was another one missed in early US

There were two sacs when I went in for my first ultrasound. We went again a week later & there was no baby in sac #2, no heartbeat. When they printed the picture, there was something there. It's most likely just a glitch from being printed. They would've picked it up if there was a baby.

Here is a regular pic of a US at 5 wks online looks like that other spec I was only 5 wks when this ultrasound above was taken the sac is clear with a ring a spec is usually a fetal pole that is the deliema not the yolk sac
