Okay first off yes, I know it's Christmas time, and I turned in my leave slip under 2 weeks, but she is dying. But what do I get as an answer

My boss' exact words: "We'll she could die tonight for all you know"

Like what do I even do?!

Then to top it all off, after she tells me I'm going to work 40+ hours for several weeks, when I asked dor only 20 hours! I'm a breast feeding mom and already scheduled for 8 hours without break. I can't pump that much out, for 2 let alone a whole week!

Plus what happened to my 15 hour pay for doing Manager duties, that you now gave to someone else, who isn't even doing the job! Why ask me to schedule, make sure all workers are doing their duties, and to constantly help you, if I'm not gonna get the pay I deserve and need. He works front desk, while I actually work the correct position.

What do I freaking do? I'm getting no time with my 4 month old for Christmas. He is teething running fevers and everything. I want to be there for him, yet I can't ever. This is a part time job mind you.
