Is this normal???

Do other girls get little pimples right under your butt cheek?  I use a loofa and just bath and body works shower gel. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong by using that or if it's just normal changes with hormones changing. Let me know if you have this problem! It's also embarrassing when my boyfriend touches my butt and feels them🙄🙄
