I was raised in a 7+ family, but my mom only had two biological, the rest was adopted or foster kids. I now have 5 siblings, one biological and 4 adopted.

There's no numerical limit. I think if you can't provide for them (not just financially), you've had too many. Or if you start passing off childcare duties tovother children (like the Duggars 😑). However, I have no control over how many kids someone has, as it doesn't really effect me.

At a certain point I think you should stop having your own & adopting.

If you can emotionally and financially provide for your kids, I don't think there's a limit if you are able. Whether its giving birth or adopting, if you can't care for a child, don't have one.
