Poeural effusion

Someone please Make me stop crying. I went for my 20 week ultrasound yesterday and they said they found Poeural effusion ( fluid around his lungs ). I got to a specialist tomorrow. The doctor told my his lungs itself looked fine also his heart. Please tell me someone has gone through this I would love to hear your story. Thank you :( please pray for my little man :(
