I went to the bathroom to look at why my boob hurt so bad and there was this! I am not wearing anything that would have caused this dent. It hurts :/ What is it?

I have a same problem for last few weeks been trying more types of bras but still there. My midwife said on my 16 week consultation that it sounds like clogged milk ducts which she say its early for me but by look of it I am going through a big hormonal change in my boobs. Just massage it with warm water while having shower darl xx
