What can I do for nausea?! 7 wks pregnant

I feel sick ALL DAY. Not just in morning.
I can barely eat anything,im not throwing up,but feels like I could at every moment.
What did yall do?!

Ask your doctor about diclegis. They're pills that help with all that. They were my go to in those weeks.

Travel bands and eating little and often helped me also if you can try and sleep in the day that seemed to help me but know that can be difficult with work etc. X

Unisom and B6 has really helped me but I still throw up all the time. I'm just not nauseous all the time. I'm 30+3.
