implantation or beginning of period?

Question

So I thought I would check my CM last night and found light brown mixed with milky CM, I didn't think anything of it. But when I went pee this morning I noticed either small clots or parts of tissue and a little blood. Is this implantation or beginning of period? They say implantation causes mild cramps but I had bad cramps from 7:30-11am this morning. And TMI but I had brown AND red blood on my tampon. Help me please :(

UPDATE: went to the bathroom and there's a decent amount of RED blood when I wiped. Still don't know, my friend said it's probably a period starting bc my cycles late and I took plan b and stopped taking my birth control 2 days ago to induce a period. Picking up a pregnancy test tomorrow :)

I had this too. Either a light period or implantation. Wait until it's 19 DPO and take a pregnancy test
