Am I being a brat

I live in a fister home and I have hit my last straw. I am 19, in extended stay care, and I don't have a key, get kicked out when she leaves, and cannot use the stove. She then put a shower head ok n that turns the water off if it gets too hot. I have a freaking baby!! I should not have to wait on the porch and be restricted to microwave meals because of what OTHER girls did!! So I'm going to a shelter with my daughter. Am I going overboard or is this th e right thing to do?
