should I still take the morning after pill even we used protection?

So me and my bf had sex for 4hrs with a few breaks of course and well we used protection but every time we would have sex he would not use a condom for the first 10 min and then put it back on and then we would stop and do other things then put it back on but he did not come until the very end 4hrs later in the condom should I take the plan b I'm ovulating but we did use a condom and well I'm worried about the pre cum but he would put on the condom whenever he thought he was about to but we used the same condom for the whole time.. I recently got fired and well I don't have money and I couldn't pay for my birth control and he says not to get the plan b because I've nothing to worry about when I asked him to pay for it
