Should I worry if my baby isn't moving as much as before?

I'm a first time mom and I'm 30w 5d. I noticed my son isn't moving as much like before like the previous weeks. He still kicks or rolls around every day but I noticed a difference.

I had the same worry and asked my doctor about it at my 33 week appointment. He said it's normal for movement to decrease because there's less room for the baby and sometimes they just have days where they move less. He said everything should be fine as long as there are 10 kicks in 2 hours. He said if I was ever really concerned to call L&D and talk to them because that's what they're there for.

My baby stopped moving around a lot during the 3rd trimester but in my check ups (they would only check his heart beat) he sounded good so I didn't think nothing of it cause I assumed he's just getting crowded. When I was 35w they finally did a sonogram check up on me and he was low in amniotic fluid (my water never broke) I had to get a c section the next day but because he was breech otherwise I might've been able to have him normal (I think)
