Diagnosed with pcos 2 years ago. Never had a positive ovulation test in my life. Based on my last 2 periods (I just got them back after not having one for 1.5 years) glow said I should ovulate 7 days ago. Last night I had strong pelvic pains in my left ovary that lasted about 15 minutes. I don't chart because my temps are so rocky it just upsets me. I started to give up until I felt those pains. Af should come around Christmas. What do you think those pains could be ?
