If you're having normal periods every month can you still have infertility?

Yes I do. I have normal periods. Normal fertility test results. Proof of strong ovulation every month and I struggle with infertility. Took 3 years, a miscarriage, a D&C, 3 iui's, 3 full ivf cycles, hundreds of tests and 60k to get pregnant!
