Is there anything you can take that is ok and approved by an obgyn? I am 30 weeks.

Idk if this will help you but I like rescue remedy and chamomile tea together during the day or rescue remedy and a benadryl or unisom at night to help me wind down and sleep better.

There's an app called headspace. It helped me a lot with grad school anxiety and I know they have a pregnancy package but I haven't personally tried it.
If you feel you need medications, you should speak to your doctor.
