I know this is not really related to periods (although I'm PMSing and my immune system seems to always be shot a few days before), but does anyone else get sinus infections often? I seem to get them every few months despite all my preventative measures like Nasacort and allergy pills. My sinuses are soooo sensitive. And how do you deal with them? I can't do sinus rinses because they irritate my ears and cause more fluid to build up resulting in more infection. I've tried steam showers every few hours. I haven't taken anything except melatonin and Tylenol. It's too late here to go to the store 😞 don't wanna bother hubby and I'm feeling the effects of the melatonin, but over the counter medications or remedy suggestions are welcome! Planning on going to see my doctor tomorrow morning. I really want to kick this thing to the curb since I have a wedding I'm going to be a bridesmaid in next week. Thanks girls❤️
