😭 hurt ..

Why does it hurt here??? It just started hurting today. Idk what it could be. It feels like when you exercise and get sore. The only thing is I didn't exercise. What could it be?? Someone asked if I have a uti and if it burns when I pee but it doesn't. Any other guesses what it could be??
