feeling really sad 😭

Today I went in for my first ultrasound and what was suppose to be my 8th week of pregnancy (technically 8w2days). When The technician got in there she found a substantial subchronic hemrroage with a gestational sac and no baby inside and she said by the looks of the sac I was only about 6 weeks 4 days. I was told to come back in about a week or so to make sure there was in fact no fetus but to not be surprised if I start experience bleeding and cramps before that . I am so sad idk what to do. This pregnancy I have been sooooo sick i throw up every day my breasts are leaking colostrum already I'm constantly nauseous! I just am so confused thinking that morning sickness was a "great sign"

Has anyone ever experience this , any advice would be great. 😢
