Has anyone had Severe back pain as a result to implantation?

Last night I had terrible back pain and nurofen didn't help at all. And now today I have very light spotting. I took a test today but it was a bfn. I'm hoping it was to early and I'll receive my very first BFP for Christmas 😍🎄👶🏻
