I'm itchy

So for about a week and a half I have been itchy down there. I took a look and everything looks totally normal. It's mostly on the skin and it makes me think dry or irritated skin but I don't know from what or what to put on it? It also hurts when I wipe after I pee...like dry skin does when you've scratched it raw? Haven't had sex for a month and a half.
