bleeding for 2 months in a row?!

I've been on the pill since the end of last oct. and everyday since then I have been bleeding/having dark brown discharge (like when your ending your period). I googled it and it said it's a side effect of BC but it shouldn't be everyday?! And me and my ex were always having unprotected sex. I also got super random DEEP/SHARP pains in my cervix/vagina (NOT CRAMPS). Also I take BC everyday and don't do the sugar pills so I will not get my period, my doctor said I could do that and have no side effects. But then why am I bleeding daily for 2 months in a row and having deep cervix pains?!?! Ugh please help😩
