Decreased movements

37+5 my baby boy is usually very active. I do kick counts and it's usually the 10 in 2hours. But for the last 2days I haven't really felt much movement from him. My doc told me to go to L&D if anything is out of order, but I don't wanna go if they are just gonna send me home.  We have been under a ice storm alert and I don't want anything to go bad. What should I do??
