Depends how patient you are! I got my positive 10dpo and 6 days before af was due with a first response but previous pregnancy 7 years ago all negative until a least a week over af due day xx best of luck xx

It takes 10-14 days for implantation to occur. I would test after 14 days of aunt flow doesn't come. If it is negative and she still hasn't paid a visit then I would take another one a few days later.
