hey you cat moms

So I've really been wanting a cat lately and I think I'm going to adopt one but I know nothing about training cats (I'll do some more research on google later) but I'm just wondering for those of you that already have experience with them. Are they hard to train? I just got a new house and I know my husband will not let me keep it if it pees or poos all over the place. How long did it take you to train yours? Thanks😸
