TTC after Ectopic plus more

My husband and I already have two daughters together (ages 5 and 4). He has two children from a previous marriage (ages soon-to-be 12 and 10). This will be our last! I was pregnant back in September but I had a tubal pregnancy and my right Fallopian tube and ovary were removed. I am back on my cycle and hoping for an Oct/Nov baby. Has anyone TTC after a tubal pregnancy and surgery? I'm a little nervous to have it happen again and lose my other tube and ovary. I've also never tracked my ovulation or BT or anything with my three pregnancies. We let it happen naturally. We took a NTNP approach but this time we are trying. How close did you follow your cycles and everything to conceive?
